Appearance: Neo is a hedgehog who is primarily White, has a Crimson arrow-shaped stripe on his top-most spine, as well as his arms. He is, if not slightly taller, the same height as Sonic and Shadow. The rims of his eyes are heavily darkened, almost like Silver's, but are usually covered by his black, tinted shades. His top-most spine curves down, then straight, while the middle spines curve upward. His lower most spines go down to his knees. He is usually not wearing gloves, and wears a coat with fur on the edges. His chest is bare except for a scar in the shape of an "X" . The scar is from a fight with Sonic. His muzzle is very pale, and his mouth is filled with sharp fangs. His hands are white tinged with red, as if stained, and his wrists are covered in spiky fur, giving the illusion of actual gloves. His shoes are militaristic boots with rockets built into the soles.

Personality: Neo is blindly loyal to Eggman, going as far as to nearly kill Sonic for trying to get Neo to betray Eggman, even though it HAD been clear that Eggman had JUST betrayed Neo. He is not easily offended, and is quick to come up with ways to strike people, often using their flaws and failures to get them angered, making them less coordinated in a fight. He prefers psychological warfare over all else, and will stick with it unless the situation deems a different type is needed. He has shown a certain affinity for one "Fiona Fox" , going as far as fighting Scourge over her, which got him Fiona's respect at best. He has a deep seeded hatred towards Sonic and his friends, often calling him a coward for hiding behind them. He shows sympathy and respect for those like Metal Sonic, often showing signs of mourning when another unit is destroyed.

Backstory: Neo is an artificial lifeform created by Doctor Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik. He was an attempt to create a "copy" of The Ultimate Lifeform, instead resulting in a completely unique and original being. While the attempt was not successful, and the Doctor was about to off Neo, Sonic's timing was not to good. However, Neo fought with Sonic, not allowing the hero to go near the Doctor, going as far as calling Sonic a horrific monster for even attempting to do harm tonhis Creator and Master. This won Neo Eggman's respect, and, even though he failed to stop Sonic (simply because he was not yet accustomed to his own fighting capabilities), earned him a spot at Eggman's side in the Eggman Empire.

Residence: Neo feels most at home in the Eggdome, but can adapt quickly to other locations. He goes wherever Eggman goes, refusing to leave his side unless ordered to.

Abilities: Neo has the ability to use Dark Chaos Energy, yet he is not able to use the same form of Chaos energy as Knuckles and Shadow. He is able to activate a Super Transformation with both the 7 Chaos Emeralds and Anarchy Beryl, but there's a catch. If he tries to use a Chaos Emerald when he does NOT have them all, it is like poison to him. He simply cannot handle them without all 7 (Eggman deduced that his DNA may have gotten corrupted or something). Anarchy Beryl, on the other hand, is heaven. His affinity for the Moebian variation of the Chaos Emeralds is what draws him to it. He knows better than to use it for last ditch efforts though, as he fully knows the consequences of what happens when it runs out. He is very well trained in psychological warfare, allowing him to easily find what makes others tick, or when his taunts and insults have struck a nerve. He can easily adapt to a situation, and WILL adapt if he is defeated, making it impossible to beat him that way again.

Strengths/Weaknesses: His strength is what makes him strongest. His MIND. He is patient, strong-willed, and respecting, but also stubborn, arrogant, and has issues trusting others. This makes him extremely hard to trick, hard to fight since he won't easily back down, and hard to fight anyway, since he'll make you angry enough to cloud your judgement.
